Founded by Peter Zhang, we started from scratch — no outside funding, no shortcuts. Just a deep belief that sales doesn’t have to be a black box for founders and that with the right strategy, any great product can find its market.

Venture Sales Lab isn’t just a business — it’s our soul. It’s the late nights, the endless calls, the trust built with every founder who took a chance on us. It’s the team that became a family, working from different parts of the world, coming together to help companies figure out their product-market fit and scale.

How It Started

A Business Built on Trust, Relationships, and Relentless Execution

Venture Sales Lab started with a simple idea: What if we could use our outbound sales expertise to help early-stage startups validate, scale, and close deals faster?

No investors. No big budgets. Just a passionate, global team driven by one mission — helping founders break through sales roadblocks and build real revenue engines.

As a remote-first team, communication was everything:

✓ Lessons learned through constant iteration.

But we didn’t just stay behind screens. When Peter flew to Europe to meet some members of the the team, virtual connections became real friendships. That’s when we knew — we weren’t just building a company, we were building something bigger.

From Landing our First Client…to the Next…and the Next

Our journey started with one founder who believed in us. They had a great product but needed a proven sales strategy to reach the right audience. So, we got to work — launching GTM experiments to test everything:

✓ Iterating and refining strategies until we uncovered what truly drives results

And it worked.

That success led to our second client. Then the third. Word spread, and soon we were helping more startups scale their sales, validate their markets, and build revenue engines from the ground up.
